When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses. We currently have warehouses in different regions(United States, Singapore, and Canada).
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
On June 11th: Customers will get their orders within 5-10 days. We are shipping out orders faster now.
Starting from May 26th, customers will receive their order within 7-15 days.
Customers who ordered before May 26th will still need to wait 15-30 days for their orders to be delivered.
During the pandemic, some packages will have some delays. But you should expect your order within the time frame listed above.
Once you place your order, please allow 5-10 business days to process your orders due to a high demand for this product recently. After that, it will take 10 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 14-21 business days for international orders (depending on location). Please note that during the epidemic, delivery might take up to 30 days and delivery delays can happen due to planes not flying and certain states lockdown. Even though shipping cost are rising tremendously, we are offering all our customers free shipping no matter what.
If you choose prioritize shipment, you will expect your shipping to come 3-5 days earlier than others.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
